HOW DIAL-A-SCRIPT WORKS

Make a booking via voice call/WhatsApp for Teleconsultation.
If you prefer a virtual consultation, indicate to our call centre.

Send your enquiry via WhatsApp.
A notification of quotation ,payments, delivery and collection times will be sent to you via sms.

A response will be sent to you via WhatsApp or sms confirming your appointment. We will call you for the consultation. Maximum call duration is 5mins. A link will be sent to you for your zoom call. Upon completion your prescription will be sent via WhatsApp/email to you.

For Home visits and medical equipment rentals including air concentrators and Ventilators call us on our voice call numbers.
